The Challenge: Beverly Hills Convention Bureau needed to shift public perception and showcase the destination as approachable and welcoming to all visitors, rather than exclusive and closed off. The brand required authentic content that would break down barriers and demonstrate the accessible side of this iconic destination.

UGC Strategy: We implemented a user-generated content strategy encouraging followers to share their Beverly Hills experiences using #lovebevhills. This approach allowed us to repurpose authentic visitor content and feature real guests on the official page, creating genuine connection and showcasing diverse experiences throughout the city.
